Grants - DId not receive the first grant applied for and have not heard back from the second. A couple more grants available Porter Fleming Foundation and Mary Warren Fund

-BAM requesting Sabrina sending out request for parents to volunteer for either specific training or general help at Rooted
-parent meeting once a month to discuss several opportunities including diploma vs. GED, accreditation and transcripts

-Nothing to present presently, but working on connecting Rooted with other opportunities to volunteer
-Hopes for Hooves has partnered with the Family Counseling Center of Augusta (a more holistic approach).

-Scholarship Fund - Meghan Poole shared a possible scholarship donor. Sabrina will follow up with Meghan about connecting with the prospect.
Accreditation - BAM - Cognia is the one being presented for consideration. Will added the importance of accreditation for the learners moving on to secondary education. He will check to see how Cognia is viewed compared to other accreditations. Check for a published list of Cognia members that may be contacted for their experience. Sabrina added that accreditation and the academic side is a concern for prospective families.
Vision Casting - BAM See agenda for details
-Share parent feedback ASAP. Need to be able to move quickly should the opportunity present itself.
Properties - Camp Daniel Marshall - for multiple reasons this is not the best fit

General comments - advertise for applications being received for enrollment for 2023 school year.
-Moving to Edgefield : how will this affect the partnerships we currently have in ‘Augusta’.
-Craig Anderson will check to see if we can get Rooted included into new family packets as a school option.

-Michelle Derrick invited Rooted to help with the Hoovesville event on December 10 from 5-8
